Chladivo m\u016f\u017ee unikat p\u0159es st\u011bny gumov\u00fdch hadic nebo kolem t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed u hnac\u00edho h\u0159\u00eddele kompresoru. V\u00fdrobci vozidel v\u011bt\u0161inou uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee b\u011b\u017en\u00fd (norm\u00e1ln\u00ed) \u00fanik chlad\u00edc\u00edho m\u00e9dia ze syst\u00e9mu klimatizace je 10% za rok, tzn. p\u0159i celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1plni 500 a\u017e 800g je to 50-80g za rok. Proto cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m je konstruovan\u00fd s ur\u010ditou rezervou. M\u016f\u017ee se v\u0161ak st\u00e1t, \u017ee za dva a\u017e \u010dty\u0159i roky provozu dojde k v\u00fdpadku za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed z d\u016fvodu nedostatku n\u00e1pln\u011b.<br \/>\nVzhledem k tomu, \u017ee i chladivo R134a m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 negativn\u00ed vliv na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, p\u0159esto\u017ee nepo\u0161kozuje oz\u00f3n jako R12, bude tato hranice &#8222;tolerovan\u00e9ho&#8220; \u00faniku v brzk\u00e9 dob\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eena.<br \/>\nHled\u00e1n\u00ed net\u011bsnost\u00ed by se nem\u011blo prov\u00e1d\u011bt jen tehdy, kdy\u017e vznikne podez\u0159en\u00ed na \u00fanik. Z\u00e1sadn\u011b se doporu\u010duje i tehdy, kdy\u017e do\u0161lo k otev\u0159en\u00ed nebo oprav\u011b syst\u00e9mu klimatizace.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasnosti se nejv\u00edce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed 4 metody zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed net\u011bsnost\u00ed:<br \/>\n1.\u00a0podtlakov\u00e1 zkou\u0161ka p\u0159i vakuov\u00e1n\u00ed syst\u00e9mu, v\u011bt\u0161inou p\u0159\u00edmo plni\u010dkou klimatizac\u00ed. Je to rychl\u00e1 metoda, ale m\u00e1lo spolehliv\u00e1, proto\u017ee komponenty jsou p\u0159i provozu naopak zat\u00ed\u017eeny tlakem. Lze tak zjistit jen v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00faniky.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0aplikace detek\u010dn\u00ed kapaliny do okruhu AC a kontrola jednotliv\u00fdch komponent\u016f pomoc\u00ed UV lampy a specieln\u00edch br\u00fdl\u00ed. Barvivo, kter\u00e9 je nutn\u00e9 aplikovat do okruhu AC, kde se molekul\u00e1rn\u011b nav\u00e1\u017ee na kompresorov\u00fd olej a dost\u00e1v\u00e1 se na povrch vadn\u00e9ho komponentu d\u00edky provozn\u00edmu tlaku. V\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00fanik je viditeln\u00fd pouh\u00fdm okem, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b men\u0161\u00edch net\u011bsnost\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 okruh AC nasv\u00edtit UV lampou a prohl\u00e9dnout pomoc\u00ed specieln\u00edch br\u00fdl\u00ed. Tak vznik\u00e1 siln\u00fd efekt z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, na jeho\u017e z\u00e1klad\u011b se daj\u00ed net\u011bsn\u00e1 m\u00edsta snadno lokalizovat. Nepatrn\u00e9 net\u011bsnosti lze zjistit a\u017e p\u0159i intenzivn\u00edm pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed klimatizace za 7-14 dn\u00ed. Tuto metodu doporu\u010duje i Valeo a v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b ji uzn\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u0161ichni v\u00fdrobci kompresor\u016f.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0kontrola elektronick\u00fdm detektorem, kter\u00fd dle typu um\u00ed detekovat \u00faniky ji\u017e od 10g chladiva za rok. Pracuje na principu \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1porn\u00fdch iont\u016f pro chladiva R12, R22 a R134a. Tyto chladiva jsou t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e vzduch, proto je nutn\u00e9 detek\u010dn\u00ed sondu p\u0159ikl\u00e1dat pod detekovan\u00e9 komponenty. To m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vzhledem k p\u0159\u00edstupnosti v motorov\u00e9m prostoru n\u011bkdy problematick\u00e9.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0tlakov\u00e1n\u00ed inertn\u00edm plynem, v\u011bt\u0161inou dus\u00edkem. N\u00edzkotlak\u00fdm pln\u00edc\u00edm ventilem se cel\u00fd okruh AC napust\u00ed inertn\u00edm plynem p\u0159i postupn\u00e9m dosa\u017een\u00ed tlaku maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 15 bar. Jedn\u00e1 se asi o nejspolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed metodu, kter\u00e1 simuluje provozn\u00ed podm\u00ednky.
